Need to return or exchange an item? No problem! Simply follow the steps below (within 30 days) and we’ll be more than happy to process your return or exchange.
Step 1
Download and complete our Return and Exchange form here.
Step 2
Pack your item and the completed Return and Exchange form in the box it arrived in or a box of good quality. If you would like an exchange, please include your preferred method of payment for the return shipping charge (see form for details).
Step 3
Create a pre-paid shipping label with the “Ship To” address as follows:The Tarpestry Co.ATTN: Returns 293 Will Glenn RdSugar Grove, NC 28679
We recommend shipping via USPS, but you can certainly use whichever shipping method is most convenient for you.
Step 4
Once you have a Tracking number for your shipment, please email this information, in addition to your name and order number, to Orders@Tarpestry.com. This allows us to follow your package to our store, in addition to providing a faster return/exchange process.
Step 5
Take your package to the appropriate drop off facility.
Once we receive your package, we will first need to verify that it does qualify to be returned or exchanged. If the item is being sent back for return, we will refund your money using the method which you originally paid. If the item is being sent back for exchange, we will contact you to inform you when your replacement will be shipped.
*Please Note: The customer must cover the cost of shipping the item(s) to us. We will only reimburse shipping charges for incorrectly shipped or defective items.
